End of Season Sale – Rules and Guidelines
- Sale Duration: The End of Season Sale will run from 1st of September to 7th September, extended upto 10th September, during which the following rules will apply.
- Discounted Items: Only items specified as part of the End of Season Sale collection will be eligible for discounts.
- Discount Percentage: All items within the End of Season Sale collection will be marked with their discounted price from their original prices.
- Cashbacks: All items will be eligible for a 10% Cashback on the discounted price.
- Combo Offers: Combo offer price will be adjusted using store credits (Cashback).
- Payments: Only pre-paid online payments are allowed during the sale period. Cash on Delivery shall not be available during the sale period.
- Shipping Fee: To facilitate users, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 80/- will be charged for order value less than Rs. 999. The shipping fee will be waived off for all orders whose cart value will be greater than Rs. 999/-
- No Price Adjustments: No price adjustments will be made for items purchased before the start of the sale.
- Limited Quantities: Discounts apply to items while supplies last. We cannot guarantee stock availability for the entire sale duration.
- Exchanges and Returns: Items purchased during the End of Season Sale are eligible for exchange or return according to our standard exchange and return policy. However, refunds will be processed based on the discounted price paid.
- Coupon Codes: Additional coupon codes or promotions cannot be combined with the End of Season Sale discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Online and In-Store: The End of Season Sale discounts are valid both online and in our physical store locations.
- Shipping Times: Please allow for potential delays in shipping due to high order volumes during the sale period.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase items during the End of Season Sale.
- Customer Queries: Our customer service team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have about the sale. Contact support@eleves.in
- Store Management: We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate the End of Season Sale at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
- Sale Ethics: We encourage fair purchasing practices. Any instances of fraudulent activity, including the use of bots or other unauthorized means to gain an advantage in purchasing, will result in immediate disqualification from the sale.
- Follow Regulations: All purchases made during the End of Season Sale must adhere to local laws and regulations.
